Gridsum Participates in Belt and Road Law Reform and Cooperation Conference

BEIJING, July 23, 2018 - Gridsum Holding Inc. ("Gridsum" or the "Company") (NASDAQ: GSUM), a leading provider of cloud-based big-data analytics and artificial intelligence ("AI") solutions in China, today announced that it participated in the Belt and Road Law Reform and Cooperation Conference jointly organized by Stanford Law School and the Central University of Finance and Economics held in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, on July 6, 2018. Gridsum was the only big data and AI company in attendance.

The conference focused on creating solutions to increase legal cooperation and transformation across the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Bay Area Development as part of the Belt and Road Initiative. Scholars and professionals from across the legal field were in attendance, including government officials, judges and prosecutors from the Supreme People's Court, Guangzhou Intellectual Property Court, Shenzhen Intermediate People's Court, Dongguan Second People's Court, and Shenzhen Public Security Bureau.
